Child safety education and tools so we move faster than the threat.
Hey, my name is Dalton. I started this project because I wanted to spread awareness about the critical child safety issues and deep-seated problems happening within our digital world today.
The reality is that things have gotten a lot worse in just the past couple of years. What used to hide in the dark corners of the internet is now aggressively surfacing to the open web. It is absolutely vital that parents know exactly what to do and how to act. This isn’t just a minor issue anymore it has developed into a massive, organized crisis.
Internet safety used to be simple. It used to be as straightforward as keeping the family computer in the living room and teaching your kids not to share their real names. But the landscape has completely shifted.
We are no longer dealing with lone, uncoordinated actors. Today, there are entire, sophisticated networks engineered solely for exploitation — organized, transnational, and growing.
Threat actors deploy advanced psychological manipulation, social engineering playbooks, and weaponized technology across the very platforms and games where kids naturally gather to hang out and play.
This project isn’t backed by a corporate board or a massive budget. It’s a direct response to a glaring safety gap. My ultimate goal is to help even just one person out there.
If I can show one parent where the right resources are, give one guardian the practical knowledge to step in before it’s too late, and help families navigate this society safely then this project is doing its job. We have to protect our kids and save our future generation from these unchecked threats.
To make that happen, The Corroding Web focuses on two main pillars:
Directly provide tools see how modern online threats operate and what red flags to look for.
Acting as a definitive bridge to the right tools, verified reporting portals, and support networks so nobody has to face these situations in the dark.
Securing the web requires eyes everywhere. If you have tips, insights, or resources you would like to contribute to the project, please reach out directly:
